Languages, at work.

Business English, French, Spanish and Portuguese, built from the calls, files and meetings your people already have. Not from a textbook.

Ongoing classes to keep a level in practice, or targeted blocks for a mission, a market, or a first contact with the language. One to five classes a week, one to three hours each, entirely online. Organisations only.

What changes.

A language course teaches the language. A business language class teaches the meeting. The difference shows up on the day it matters: the supplier call that goes sideways, the presentation to head office, the technical explanation to a client who does not share your first language. People who studied grammar for two years still freeze there. People who rehearsed that exact call the week before do not.

The material is your people's own work. The class is the rehearsal. The result is on Thursday.

Every class starts from something the participant actually has to do: an email to answer, a call to make, a document to present, a negotiation to hold. The language needed for that task is taught inside the task, corrected in real time, and repeated until it holds without the trainer. Grammar is taught when a real sentence needs it, never as a chapter. This is what makes the method work with engineers, technicians and managers who have no patience for exercises: they are working on their own file, in another language.

Better, at work. The level goes up because the work gets done in the language, not next to it.

Four languages, one method.

Each language answers a different question inside a Quebec organisation.

English

For Francophone teams that answer to clients, suppliers or a head office in English

Technical and managerial English on the participant's own documents: specifications, reports, calls, presentations, difficult emails. Twenty years of delivery to industrial, technical and professional clients in the Quebec City region, with client relationships that run five to fifteen years, because the material never runs out: it is the work itself.

French

For Allophone professionals, and for organisations meeting their francisation obligations

Two audiences. The professional newly arrived in Quebec who has the competence and lacks the French to show it in a meeting: the class works on that meeting. And the organisation of 25 employees or more that must register with the Office québécois de la langue française and show a francisation process, in force since June 2025: the classes are documented with hours and attendance so they can sit in that file. Delivered in the workplace vocabulary of the team, not in generic French.

Spanish and Portuguese

For teams working with markets in Latin America and Europe

Business Spanish and Portuguese for sales, procurement, engineering and operations teams dealing with partners in Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Portugal and the wider Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. Taught by native-level instructors, on the same method and the same material rule: the team's own deals, calls and documents. A targeted block before a mission is the most common format.

All four are delivered online, anywhere in Quebec and beyond, in the participant's working hours or outside them. Participants also get access to the English reference library built over twenty years of classes: sounds, sentence structure, the full verb system, modals, idioms.

Two formats, sized to the goal.

The organisation sets the goal. The format follows from it, never the other way round.

Ongoing classes

For a level that must stay in practice: the manager who presents in English every quarter, the technician who takes supplier calls every week. Regular classes, one to three hours each, at the frequency the work requires. The content is whatever is on the participant's desk that week. Most long-term clients are on this format, some for over a decade.

Targeted blocks

For a mission, a market entry, a new role, or a first contact with the language. A block is sized to the goal set at intake, 45 hours minimum, delivered at one to five classes a week so that the goal is reached on the date the organisation needs it, not on a calendar's schedule. An intensive block before a posting abroad and a francisation block for a new hire are the two most common cases.

Intake and level

Every participant starts with a short intake conversation in the target language: current level, the tasks the language must serve, the date that matters. The block or the ongoing plan is built from that conversation and written into the proposal, so the organisation knows what it is buying before the first class.

Attendance and hours

Each participant receives an attendance certificate stating the hours completed and the content covered. Engineers and other professionals who keep a continuing-education record use it there; organisations under francisation obligations use it in their file. Which credits a professional order accepts is that order's decision; the certificate gives it what it needs to decide.

What your organisation receives Every class

An intake per participant, in the target language, with a written plan sized to the goal.

Classes built on the participant's own documents, calls and meetings; nothing generic.

A short progress note per participant at agreed intervals, written for the manager, not the participant.

An attendance certificate with hours and content, per participant, at the end of each block or period.

Quebec employers: eligible under the 1% training law and, for eligible organisations, the MFOR measure covers up to 75% of trainer fees. Francisation classes may also fit programs offered through Francisation Québec; the proposal names what applies.

How it starts.

A fit, probably, if

Your people have real work to do in the language, this month, and can bring it to class. You want a level that shows in a meeting, not a score on a test. You can name the goal: the mission, the market, the role, the date.

Not a fit if

A course for a child, a student or a private learner is what you are looking for; this line serves professionals and organisations only, at the rates that implies. A test-preparation program with a fixed syllabus is not on the list either. What is on the list: people who can run the call on Thursday.

Three steps to a date

One. Fill in the short form below: your organisation, the language, the number of participants and the goal. Two. A ten-minute call decides whether the service fits; nothing is delivered in it. Three. A written proposal within two working days, with the format, the hours, the price, and the financing lines your organisation can use.

Learning for yourself, not for a team?

Professionals who pay for their own classes have their own door, their own format and their own rates. Nothing on this page applies to them. Professionals whose organisation pays go through the form above; the organisation is the client.

Your organisation, the language, the number of participants and the goal. Reply within two working days.

A person who can hold the meeting in the other language stops needing someone else in the room. Enough of those people and the organisation speaks to its market directly.
